I joined the Real Estate Profession because I believe that I have the skills and dedication to fulfill the requirements of sellers and buyers.

 

I have a BSc degree from the University of Toronto. In achieving this degree, I have spent many years in research. I have also been involved in researching ethical practices of many industries in Canada. This information was used for publication purposes to compare business practices of various companies, within similar industries. Research has become second nature to me, enabling me to inform clients of changing market trends and evaluating present market conditions based on recent neighbourhood sales.

 

I have also owned and operated an import company. Hands on experience has given me the skill to effectively communicate with the public in a sales and service oriented industry; the discipline to set schedule’s and to work out the details of contracts. I am therefore skilled and experienced in the process of negotiation to achieve a “win – win” end result for an agreement between buyer and seller.

 

My nine essential steps in successfully buying or selling real estate properties.

 

1. Establish a partnership with my client
2. Clearly understand my client’s requirements
3. Investigate all opportunities
4. Have a thorough and continually updated knowledge of which properties are available or wanted
5. Advertise regularly for a seller in the appropriate media
6. Carefully research competitive data as to properties available
7. Collectively determine the right price for the property to be bought or sold
8. Work with a Real Estate Brokerage that has formidable Canada wide resources.
9. Be connected with a highly successful financial consultant
